Enrollment
Enrollment fees start at $430 per week, the more weeks you join us the more you save! Enroll in 7+ weeks and its $380 per week.
Ages 4-14
If a week is marked as sold out and on waitlist, you are still encouraged to select that week if you'd like to be added to the waitlist.
We review enrollments daily and, based on staffing and space availability, there's a strong chance your child may be accepted from the waitlist in a timely manner. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Multi week discounts stated below
1-3 weeks - No Discount
4-6 weeks - $400 per week
7+ weeks - $380 per week​​

Sibling Discounts: can be combined with other discounts
Second sibling $50 off per week, third or fourth sibling each $100 off per week​​​​​​​

3 Day Campers: $300 per week (not eligible for discounts).

Camp runs from 8:30am to 4:00pm
Drop off is 8:30-9:00am
Pickup is 3:30-4:00pm​

Early care is offered from 7:30-8:30am
After care is offered from 4-6pm
Early and after care are both $20 an hour per family
Weekly Themes
Every weeks theme is to help create even more fun and engaging activities throughout the week. As we prepare for our Second summer we are eager to include even more engaging and exciting themed activities and challenges to each week. What our campers saw this summer is nothing compared to Summer 2025! Once enrolled campers will receive more information as their week of camp approaches. We cannot let everyone in on our amazing special events, you'll have to enroll to find out more! Themes can and may change prior to Summer 2025 so stay tuned for more!

Deposit and Refund Policy
-Deposits are $280 (to be applied to your enrollment fee) and secure your rate. Deposits are refundable until January 1st 2025. Between January 1st 2025 and May 1st 2025 you are entitled to a 20% refund of your deposit should you have to cancel. After May 1st all deposit are non refundable.

-To request a refund or credit, you must email us at enrollment@springmountaincamp.com. Refunds or credits are based on how far in advance the cancellation is made.

You may receive a refund or credit* (to be applied the following summer), minus a 10% processing and administrative fee.

Less Than 60 Days Before Your Camp Start Date

You are eligible for a refund or credit, minus a 30% cancellation fee.

30 Days or Less Before Your Camp Start Date

No refund or credit will be issued if you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled camp week, or if your camper is no longer able to attend for any reason, including decisions made by either the family or the camp.

*credits can only be applied to the following summer, and we cannot guarantee that your credit will cover your full costs as our prices are subject to change.

-Requests to switch enrolled weeks made after May 1st are subject to a $50 change fee.
